R. Srinivaasan Director – Human Resource at neoteric infomatique ltd. does HR consulting, organization development and corporate training. He works in close quarters with senior managers to devise strategies for developing an organizations human resource talent. He brings a through understanding in HR consultancy and corporate training at neoteric with his rich experience in India and abroad as he has over 3 decades of experience.

Well known for his man management skills Srinivaasan heads the human resources activities at neoteric With a clear focus on neoteric’s growth he makes sure he gets the right person for the right job. A hard taskmaster, Srinivaasan oversees the teams’ training needs and programs.

Mr. Srinivaasan has worked in diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Information technology, Steel, Construction (onshore & offshore) and consumer goods, among others. Srinivaasan’s broad based experience covers human resources development at all organizational levels, in both large and small companies. During course of his professional stints he has extensively traveled to UK, Middle-East and South-Eastern countries.

An alumnus of XLRI and Doctoral scholar of BITS Pilani, he is the co-author of the book “Management Principles & Practice”. He soothes his nerves by playing tabla, singing, music and yoga.
